Christmas Vacation

It sure is nice to write about Christmas vacation...and still have a little time off ahead of us. We have had a great week full of Christmas celebrating, laughter, late night conversations, silly games, and a few random adventures. So very thankful that we could spend time with so many people we love!

Christmas Eve tradition...delivering flowers with Grandpa!

We met Ella Charles...we love our baby visits!

 Silly faces:)

Silly boys:)

Just one before tomorrow please:)

Twas the Night Before Christmas...

Never thought I would see a Ghostbuster on Christmas morning, but there he is!

Meet our new family member, Alice.

Twins!!

Showing off her doll to Grandmother Bullis

A kindle- now he can read all he wants!

Happy Birthday Jesus cake...you can tell this was my sixth attempt to get everyone in- they are getting distracted:)

These cousins and their dolls are BFF

Dramatic acting out for this game...

It's not a party without costumes...

Or cuddles:)

One of our Christmas presents was going to the Nutcracker-

So excited to see the show and spend some "girl time" together!

Booya and Butterbean made sure we knew the story before watching.

We all loved the ballet and had a great time together. Tinley even caught an after Christmas glance at Santa...but on this day she was more impressed with Clara.

A first Starbucks hot cocoa:)

Not a first...but always important to make our stop at Blue Ribbon!

And finally- Brandon shared his racing adventures with some first timers before we all parted ways.

Getting ready!

Parker just barely reached with all the accessories, but he did it!

This week zoomed by way too fast- time sure flies when you're having fun:)

Blessings!!

Our hearts are full as we unpack and reorganize after a week of visits and celebrating with people we love...now we are repacking and getting ready to go see some more of our favorite people. We are so thankful for all our blessings!

Tinley was a wiseman again in her preschool play of the Christmas story. So sweet.

A visit with Meme!

Parker's school party where I got to sneak in for a few minutes!

Ms. Joy's Christmas party.

She is so good to us!

This trio is growing so fast. Love them!

This weekend we got to go to one of  our favorite sleepovers of the year!

Dance Party-

Get ready for some "tutu" cute poses...

It's hard not to get distracted with all that dress!

 We're all looking- I think that's success!

Very thankful for this sweet group of friends and all we've shared.

Merry Christmas!!

We HEART New York

Prepare for way too many pictures of our New York Adventure.  We saw the sights, snow, and spectacular New York in two fast fabulous days!

We enjoyed every transportation mode possible...bus, cars, subway, boats, and planes. Here was the start of our trip!

Our early morning outing to the Today show. Not sure if we got famous...but we were very close to people who were;)

Shout out to Butterbean on her birthday!

Early morning...city to ourself...compared to later in the day anyways!

The first sighting of the BIG tree!

Parker and I LOVED our ice skating at Rockefeller. It was a perfect memory making moment!

That's us in the middle!

The best Lego store ever. Big on Parker's list of things to do!

About to board our boat to Lady Liberty.

We made it to the other side!

It's the little things that bring us joy (Statue of Liberty Museum)

This is at the top of the bottom!

Lots of interesting characters hanging out in the city.

NY pizza more than once for the kiddos!

 Toys R Us Ferris Wheel

Taking a breather in the middle of toy looking!

Back to the tree at night time!

The girls had a morning trip to see the Rockettes!

They were amazing but of course I don't have many pictures I can show you from the show! My little girl has been showing me lots of new moves she learned.

Grand Central Station

A busy place...sure...but not too busy for a pose session.

The top of the Empire State Building in the snow. Can't see much but we do know we were VERY HIGH!

Macy's Santa. Very Cuddly. Very Cool.

Parker's first (and only) NY city taxi ride. He flagged them down and all (with a little help).

M&M world, Hershey's World...New York tastes good!

Our last night in Times Square...we won't be there for New Years but we got a little early celebrating anyways.

Hopefully we'll be back to the Big Apple soon! There's always more to do!
