Spring Break (Part 1)

How much fun can we pack in to one week off? We're still trying to see...it's only Wednesday....The great thing (and the sad thing come Monday) is that it's just a little taste of Summer days to come!

Here are some of our highlights so far!

Tinley opened up Spring Break with stamping bunnies on her from head to toe...this is how I found her!

A visit from Brad and Brittany.

Parker finally had his first game...

As you can see although practice has been great, he had first game jitters and was a little unsure.

But after warming up to it, he got some hits...

And even stopped a ball...look how happy he was that the ball went in his glove!

After the weekend and a baby shower for Tammy, we headed to Carolina Beach with Booya and Grandaddy! Britts donuts were sold out :( from their opening weekend at the beach, but we managed to have a little fun at the boardwalk anyways!

Amy and Lydia came to go out on the the beach with us, but as you can see before it was time to go, the girls had to text all their friends to let them know it was beach time!

The weather was nice and the water COLD, but not according to Parker.

We hunted Easter eggs on the beach.

 And managed to have a pretty great time!

A visit to Jungle Rapids for some "boy time" in go carts.

And some very intense Putt-Putt!

We took a ferry ride to Southport and fed the birds (again!)

We enjoyed the all the beauty of Southport and were blessed with a wonderful day together!

And no beach time is complete with out some fishing (well for some people anyways!)

Looking forward to the rest of Spring Break and being thankful we've got a few more days of no alarm clock (unless you count Tinley:)
