Picture Release

It's so hard for me to delete pictures off my phone- perhaps why I have 1,596 at this current moment. But it's because there are some pictures that don't seem like major life events...but what if I want to remember them...so today I'm releasing some recent moments.  I never did get around to letting these pictures go yesterday because my hard working hubby took over the computer all day.
Random pictures in random order- you are released...

 Another tooth bites the dust...

My St. Patrick boy with his fancy green shirt and tie.

Clearly, she takes after her uncle.

First day of Spring...suns in our eyes Mom, just let us play!

Found Tinley reading her chapter book and for real she can talk through the whole thing.

Seems we're always surrounded by girls and Parker is the lone boy. He is wising up on to how to play with them. The 3 girls were busy being Princesses so he yelled up, "Rapunzel your prince has come to save you!"

Apparently Tinley learned at school that it was indeed Spring. When I picked her up last week, she got in the car and said "it's Spring- I'm putting on shorts when I get home." She tried some of her bigger size hand me down shorts and they fell straight to her ankles when she ran. Here she is holding them up but still delighted with her shorts (and boots)!

Sometimes (a lot of the time) Tinley finds things she needs (wants) while shopping. We compromise by letting her take pictures of them. Here are some recent things on my phone. Pink and sparkles and pink and sparkles.

Parker is in a Sacraments class at church...and Tinley is taking a soccer class at school. She told someone last week, she was taking "Soccerments" Class.

Now only 1,583 to go- baby steps:)

Mini Vacay and a Happy B-day

We had a great midweek mini vacation at the Great Wolf Lodge- We went to Spring Break world for just a couple of days, but it was a nice get away until we can get to the real thing.

It was no surprise how much water fun we had.

But we learned a whole new world of Magi Quest which was equally fun...

Who doesn't like to point a wand and make things happen?

Anticipating the big splash...

Where did they go?

Some other happy pictures-

Pretty little cards and treats...it's fun to celebrate like you are in Kindergarten (because you still are)

Sleepover time!

 Baby face- happy place:)

Playing school!

Smooch!

Here comes the sun...

Enjoying the sunshine and friends this weekend. Feels pretty great.

Looking at pets with buddies...

And other various shopping.

So nice to live near water- it may not be the "real beach" but we will take it!

Almost feels like summer time with sand and ice cream too!

Helping neighbors build a fairy garden!

Gardening super heroes ready for digging.

And just in case this weather doesn't stick around...back to our "beach" we went before getting the week started.

Stick around sunshine- we've missed ya!

Oh the places we will go...

I can't waste the chance to use some good Dr. Seuss words because they are some of my favorite. Today is Dr. Seuss' birthday for those of you not living in Kindergarten forever:)  Mostly this weekend I feel kind of like this "From there to here and here to there, funny things are everywhere." Seems like we ended up in lots of fun places and did a lot of here to  "thereing"...and along the lines of my made up word I also appreciate that Dr. Seuss did not let the fact that if there was a good word he wanted to make up, he went for it. I like it- here or there or anywhere...

We had the "Run T.O.O. Overcome" Saturday morning. Tinley and I (and Alice the baby doll) took off early to start the 5K.

She was so good in the stroller but really wanted to get out the whole time and join the running/walking. I let her sprint across the last little bit and to the finish line...and me and Alice followed behind. I was kind of thinking I wish someone would push me along and then let me run to the finish all fresh and rested.

About the time we were finishing the kids 1 mile fun run was starting.

We all made it back together!

Right afterwards, they look a little worn out!

And since we have impeccable planning...Parker had to go immediately to the free hockey trial day! He heard about it when we were at the Checkers game and said to sign him up! He had some fun (and some falling!)

Today we had a really girly party with some friends trying on clothes and shopping for Matilda Jane clothes. We had a good time enjoying each other on this beautiful day.

All fun things come to an end with cleaning up the mess we made:) Thank goodness the girls still think it's fun!
